Tigre

Mum's is sick and crabby, crabby, crabby. So I thought this would be the perfect day to introduce my latest friend, Tigre. She is a pistol. Complain, complain, complain.

Tigre's mom is one of Mums good friends from Minneapolis. Actually JC is a cat freak. She owns 5 cats - oops I mean 4 cats. Mums is always trying to dump me off at JC's house.

Tigre loves to rub against you and ask for attention, but every time you actually give her attention she starts her routine - meow and run. Then, a minute later, she is right back at you.

Tigre can jump and leap. She leaps on anything and everything - tables, stools, and counter tops. Mums says this is what real cats do. I am glad that I am not a real cat, but a dog in cat's clothing. Mums would really hate me if I jumped on the counter tops.

Well, here she is, Tigre. And because she is a grumbler, she is Mums favorite cat at JC's. Go figure.

A Colorful Bird, But NOT My Friend

This is NOT a virtual friend!! Did you hear me Sammie Sue, she is NOT my virtual friend. But Mums made me put a picture of her on my blog. Mums is so controlling and bossy some of the time.

Mums and Pops met her when they were out of town. She is some sort of South American bird, and although I admit she is pretty, she has no depth. She just sits there all day trying to look pretty for the goofy tourists that come off of something called a ship. She doesn't talk or even squawk. She doesn't even know what a computer is, let alone know how to blog.

Mums gets caught up in the tourist stuff sometimes when she travels. She can be shallow too. Oh well, as long as she continues to feed me and groom me, I can put up with her eccentricities I guess.

Meet Louie

Pops has a Saturday PCA named Natalie. She has a dog named Louie. He is a puppy, Mums says, so he has to learn everything the hard way.

Well, I guess Louie found his way down to the laundry room and found himself in this mess. Was he trying to hang himself up for drying? Or did he want to hide in his Pops closet like I do? There are easier ways to get some attention Louie.

I guess Louie is my kind of dog. He takes over the bed, he is not too smart and there is always a funny story that his mom wants to share with Mums and Pops. I like it when they laugh, so I like Louie, too.

I am BACK!

They are Home!!!!

I thought they would never return, but Mums and Pops came home late yesterday. And just in time. I was sure I was going to be buried in snow!

Mums does not know it yet, but I made a whole bunch of virtual friends while she was away! I have a new doggie friend, 4 new cat friends, another bird and even a pelican and a sea lion! I know that soon I will be the most famous cat in the world! I must get me some designer clothing that will show off my beautiful fur.

Oh, oh...I think Pops wants his computer. Mums computer is still in the shop. She won't get it till next week, and Pops does not share well with others. I must run! Watch later this week for posts on my adventures while they were away and meet my newest friends.

Mums ordered Pops an IPad for his Christmas present. She gave it to him early, so he could take it on their v-a-c-a-t-i-o-n. I still don't understand why they need a vacation from me. And with all this snow, there simply is nothing fun for me to look at.

Mums, will you please put a mirror next to my bed so I can at least look at my beautiful self?

What she hasn't thought about, though, is the fact that the Dynavox will still be here! HA! Maybe I can write when she is gone. I hope she forgets to unplug it before they leave.

I have 4 new virtual friends, too! But Mum's computer is still in the shop, so you will need to wait to meet them until she gets home. See, I got ya hooked! I know that you will be back to meet the crab, the tortoise, the hider and the boy!

Mum's Computer

Mum's is crabby, crabby, crabby. She put her computer to sleep the other night, and the next morning it refused to wake up. She tried and tried, and swore and swore, but nothing seemed to help. So she packed it up and is taking it away. The computer is going on vacation, too!

When is it my turn to visit another world?

So, since the Dynavox (Pop's talking computer) will be going on vacation (the one she is using now), you won't be able to read my words of wisdom for a while.

To borrow a phrase from one of Mum's virtuals, BaaaaaaaWaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!
